Prior to DCVC, JP started a residential lender - SimpleFinance led commercial efforts as EVP, Head of Sales at HouseCanary, and spent a decade at PulteGroup helping to manage the community portfolio, acquisitions, and dispositions. Through his roles, JP’s led partnership with SFR Operators, iBuyers, lobbying groups, governmental and rating agencies, capital providers, lenders, insurers, data providers, and analytics developers.
